About the product
The Aktive 40/00 concealed door frame is for doors 40 mm thick. They are traditional non-rebated door frames for pull opening. The Aktive concealed door frame can be used for drywall and masonry partitions. The door frame comes with 2 hinges (for heights up to 2,100 mm) and a combined counter-plate and lock for securing the door leaf. For heavier doors, 3 hinges or more are used. The door frame has a soft PVC sealing for silent closing.
JAP concealed door frames are recommended for standard doors with a thickness of 40 mm made by the majority of manufacturers.
We also produce door frames without door headers or for sloped ground spaces. We offer door frame heights to 3,700 mm. We also produce custom widths and heights. The door frames are made of anodized aluminium and can be painted according to the RAL K7, NCS and JAP Metallic swatch books at extra charge. The Aktive 40/00 concealed door frame has a 5-year warranty.
