About the product
This double-sided concealed door frame is intended for Master and wooden door frames 40 mm thick. The Dual concealed door frame can be used for drywall and masonry partitions. The door frame comes with 2 hinges (for heights up to 2,100 mm) and a combined counter-plate and lock for securing the door leaf. The door frame has a soft PVC sealing for silent closing.
JAP concealed door frames are recommended for standard doors with thickness of 40 mm made by the majority of manufacturers, both in non-rebated and reverse design.
The door frames cannot be made without a door header or with a slanted end toward the attic. We offer door frame heights to 2,500 mm and widths to 1,100 mm. We also produce custom widths and heights. The door frames are made of anodized aluminium and can be painted according to the RAL K7, NCS and JAP Metallic swatch books at extra charge. The Dual concealed door frame has a 5-year warranty.
