Efekta 40/00

The Efekta 40/00 concealed door frame aligns the hinged door leaf with the wall cladding into one plane of view. The Master 40/00 door leaf can be hung into the Efekta concealed door frame, which allows use of the same surface material as on the wall cladding. Standard wooden doors can also be used. This door frame is for traditional pull opening of the door leaf from the visible matching side.

JAP concealed door frames are recommended for standard doors with a thickness of 40 mm made by the majority of manufacturers.

The Efekta concealed door frame can be used with masonry or drywall partitions. The door frame comes with 2 hinges (for heights up to 2,100 mm) and a combined counter-plate and lock for securing the door leaf. For heavier doors, 3 hinges or more are used. The door frame has a soft PVC sealing for silent closing.

We also produce door frames without door headers (door leaf to the ceiling). We offer door frame heights to 3,700 mm. We also produce custom widths and heights. The door frames are made of anodized aluminium and can be painted according to the RAL K7, NCS and JAP Metallic swatch books at extra charge. The Efekta 40/00 concealed door frame has a 5-year warranty.
