ID: 05533139, Tax ID: CZ05533139, entered into the commercial registry kept by Ostrava District Court, entry No.: C 75573 recognizes the importance of protecting the personal data of visitors to its web pages. The following Principles of Personal Data Protection (hereinafter the “Principles”) describe the information that JAP Future s.r.o. can collect from website visitors, and permissible use of this information. These Principles apply only to the web pages of JAP Future s.r.o. When you leave this web page, either to other web pages of JAP FUTURE s.r.o. or elsewhere, please read any personal data protection principles applicable to the site to ensure that you understand and agree to them. JAP Future s.r.o. reserves the right to change these Principles at any time without prior notification. Changes to the principles are valid from their introduction and apply only to information collected after that introduction. You should regularly check the currently valid conditions on these pages.

Confidentiality of information

JAP Future s.r.o. does not sell or provide personal identification data to unrelated external entities for advertising purposes, but it can collect mass statistical information on web pages (such as sales volumes, manner of use and related information) and share it with external entities. Statistical information shared in this way will not contain any information that identifies users.

Identification of visitors

When you connect to our web pages, JAP Future s.r.o. can automatically collect information that does not involve personal identification. Personal information

JAP Future s.r.o. does not collect personal information (name, address, e-mail address or telephone number) through its web pages if you do not provide it to us voluntarily. JAP FUTURE s.r.o. may ask you for personal information in order to respond to your queries, fulfil orders or requests, or to register you in contests or quizzes. When you order products or services, JAP Future s.r.o. may need further information to process or fulfil your order or request. JAP Future s.r.o. will not share your personal information with external entities without your consent, unless it is necessary for

  • processing or fulfilling your order,
  • fulfilling your request or answering your question,
  • entering you into contests, quizzes or other promotional events, or
  • complying with the requirements of valid laws, court orders or other court proceedings.

From time to time, JAP Future s.r.o. can engage other companies to provide certain services for JAP Future s.r.o., including organization of contests, quizzes and surveys. JAP Future s.r.o. may provide to those companies minimal personal information that is necessary for providing the services, but is not to be used for other purposes. You will not receive e-mails or postal mail regarding JAP Future s.r.o. or its products, services or advertising events if you do not specifically confirm that you wish to receive such information.

Although no system is currently 100% resistant to external attack, JAP Future s.r.o. has taken commercially adequate measures to prevent unauthorized access to your personal information and its improper use. In keeping with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as amended, by providing your personal data, you consent to processing of your personal data as indicated in such consent, by the company JAP FUTURE s.r.o., headquartered at Nivky 67, 750 02 Přerov III – Lověšice, Org. ID: 05533139, Tax ID: CZ05533139, as custodian, for a period of 10 years from the time of consent, for purposes of the aforementioned handling of personal data in this Personal Information section, including offer of products and services where you expressly confirm it, as well as for the purpose of conducting business marketing studies that monitor customer satisfaction, improving the products and services offered, and for the purpose of disseminating business messages by electronic means in accordance with Act. No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information company services as amended (i.e. if you expressly agree to this last use of your personal data). By entering your personal data, you also expressly declare that in keeping with the relevant provisions of the GDPR regarding protection of personal data, as amended, on processing personal data, you have been properly informed and understand that you have the right to correction of personal data and other rights indicated in the Declaration on Protection of Personal Data.
