"We needed an unlined interior door frame, matching the wall surfaces to the door leaf, in combination with a sliding door design. I only knew JAP from advertisements and presentations and I was convinced to work with them because of the possibility of having all the door openings, both with swinging doors and sliding doors, covered by one contractor. Even after all the problems, everything turned out satisfactorily, including very good communication with the installer and the sales department."
